Shiping and Delivery Information

Unless otherwise specified due to arrangements made by our vendors, Vivid Promos will schedule all shipments using courier company TNT Express. All shipping costs will be included on the order invoice unless a third party shipping account is provided.

Delivery times for TNT services are as follows...
  • Road Express (2 -4 days)
  • Overnight First Class (By close of business next day)
  • Overnight 9:00AM (By 9:00am next day)
  • Same Day (Same day delivery)

Split Shipments

Customers have the option of having merchandise shipped to multiple locations directly from the factory. It is the responsibility of your account manager to assist the customer in making all the necessary arrangemennts for shipments.

Once orders have been dispatched, Vivid Promos is no longer responsible for the merchandise. Vivid Promos will not be held liable or responsible for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery as a result of shipper negligence, inclement weather and / or acts of God. Should any shipping issues arise, we will do our best to work with the customer and the shipper to resolve any problems and / or claims. Vivid Promos will also extend to the customer any and all guarantees or warrantees made to us by the shipping company.
