Welcome to Vivid Promos. Vivid Promos provides services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or order through www.vividpromos.com.au, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use any current or future service from Vivid Promos or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with Vivid Promos, whether or not included in the Vivid Promos Web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. If these conditions are inconsistent with such guidelines and conditions, such guidelines and conditions will control.
Quotations
All quotations and pricing provided by Vivid Promos in the form of electronic communications are valid for fourteen (14) days only. Pricing or quotes given in person, or over the telephone are not valid at any time unless provided in writing on an artwork proof or email quotation.
Prices given are always provided without GST included and may require further adjustment if artwork is not entirely print-ready. Delivery charges may also be additional, unless stated otherwise.
Vivid Promos always endeavours to quote as accurately as possible, however Vivid Promos reserves the right to adjust quotations at any point if errors have been made.
Order Fulfillment
A five percent (5%) overrun or underrun is considered fulfillment of an order. This has already been calculated into pricing.
Lead Times
Vivid Promos always endeavours to accurately meet our clients' deadlines. If an order is not able to be fulfilled in the time frame indicated by the client, we will not go ahead with the order. Should there be any delay in an order that has been approved, Vivid Promos will not take responsibility for delays that occur due to unforseen events.

Electronic Communications
When you visit www.vividpromos.com.au or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically.
